Many people other than coeliacs are finding that gluten free meat is the healthiest way to go. Typically raw meat should not contain traces of gluten if handled properly. However cross contamination and gluten in processed meats seem to be on the rise. That is why the need has arisen for GLUTEN FREE MEAT suppliers and such things as gluten free chicken, pork and fish in this directory.
