Gluten Beer and Gluten Alcohol are alcoholic beverages made with the absence of gluten containing grains. The coeliac society suggests that distillation removes gluten from all liquors except for beer however wine also be tainted with Gluten – see the WINE article in our GFP ORIGINAL ARTICLES section.
